Reminder that the AGM will take place on Monday 11th December, from 7pm to 9pm at Manchester Velodrome.

All welcome. Especially if you are interested in getting more involved in the club by being on the committee or helping to run an event. Most of the current committee have agreed to stand again for the same roles but we'd love to see some new people get involved so if there is a role you'd like to stand for let us know. We also have 4 'general' committee roles too which is a great way to get involved without having any specific responsibilities. See the agenda for roles available.

Manchester Wheelers Club Track Championship 2018

Saturday 17th March, 3pm-5pm.

The 2018 track champs will comprise of 5 bunch races with individual winners in each race. Depending on entry numbers, the format will be either 1 group or 2 groups.

Full race program as follows.
 ‘Scratch Race’
 ‘Points’ Race’
 ‘Kilo’
 ‘Devil’
 ‘Unknown Distance’

£17 entry via British Cycling (closing date Friday 2nd March 2018)

Oh my giddy gosh I have been exceptionally useless at getting the result written up of late! Can I blame being away on holiday for a week or so???
Very sorry people....and without further ado!

Week Ending 19th November 2017

Monday: ACT - Brian Byland, Jerry Cross and Thomas Jones getting amongst it this week.

Friday: MRTL - John Pessagno, Roy Plant, Mike Atkinson all scoring this week - go team Wheelers good to see you back on the scoreboard.

Saturday: NWCCA - Haigh Hall CX

U10's: Barney Watson 9th, Joe Watson 25th
U12's: Josh Watson 14th, Zack Watson 17th

V40-49: Derrick Watson 37th

V50's: Mick Style WINNER, Charles Gray 26th,

Friday: MRTL -  No league due to Para-track World Cup

Monday: ACT - Brian, Jerry, Jack Johnson and Karl McLelland making a bumper scoring week to finish off this season of the league.

Vets - 1st Brian Byland

Jerry was also 3rd overall in the Madison league
